ALD successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of LeasePlan on 22 May 2023. This acquisition will now allow our combined company to anticipate future challenges in the mobility sector and create the leading global sustainable-mobility player. With direct representation in 60 countries, it manages more than 3.3 million vehicles and roughly sixteen thousand employees. The company also boasts annual sales of approximately 263,000 used vehicles released from its operational leasing programs and more than 380,000 “green vehicles” in its portfolio.
